Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Flood Control Office and Provincial Emergency Department organized a consultation meeting on the risk assessment of flood and drought disasters during the flood season in 2022. It was mentioned that the overall climate deviation during the flood season in Guizhou Province in 2022 may lead to more extreme meteorological and hydrological events, which may present a phenomenon of alternating drought and flood, and coexistence of drought and flood. Local areas north and east of the central part of the province are more prone to floods, with higher risks of flash floods, landslides, mudslides, and urban (town) waterlogging. Some areas in the southern part of the province have moderate or above drought risks.

Jonyang's 3 projects have passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements

On the morning of May 9, 2023, with the issuance of dispatch instructions, the "Call of Duty · Battle Panzhou" 2023 cross regional earthquake rescue practical pull exercise of Guizhou Province's fire rescue team officially began. Thirteen fire rescue teams and social linkage units in the province conducted a 72 hour practical pull exercise.
