 Aiming at the technical status of fire fighting robots at home and abroad, based on the existing technical reserves, and in line with the principle of applicability and economy, the development is carried out based on the requirements put forward by Party A, and in-depth research has been carried out on the structure, layout and control mode. The layout of the whole vehicle refers to the forklift trucks of foreign brands, and the vehicle is mainly used in the field of firefighting, mainly solving the transportation and other work in the process of firefighting rescue and disaster relief. 
General description of the product
 In order to adapt to different working conditions and save vehicle space, a new type of folding forklift is required. The product needs to be small, strong bearing capacity, forklift/wheel pattern can be manually replaced, and can be stored in the belly of the car when not working.

Climbing angle of not less than 20 °, climbing distance greater than 50m slope, climbing speed can be controlled.

Fourth, the main structure of the product 
Mechanical structure: the whole vehicle adopts wheel-type articulated structure, which is articulated and connected by the front frame and rear frame, the forks, turntable and other working devices are installed on the front frame, and the power system, hydraulic system, counterweight block and control system are installed on the rear frame. Hydraulic system: the vehicle steering through the steering hydraulic cylinder to make the front and rear frame to form the angle, so as to realize the steering. Hydraulic system adopts full-time four-wheel drive hydraulic system, driven by the engine hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump drive four drive wheels, while four drive wheels with differential function.
Control system: The control system is divided into two control modes: manual and remote control.
Manual mode: you can directly manipulate the hydraulic valve lever for vehicle operation.
Remote control mode: can be controlled through the remote control equipment for each action.
Reel drive device: provide the hydraulic interface and electrical control interface required for driving the reel.
