I. Product Overview 
In response to the current state of domestic and international technologies for firefighting robots, this product was developed based on existing technical capabilities and in alignment with principles of practicality and cost-efficiency. It was designed to meet the client’s specific requirements, with in-depth research conducted on its structure, layout, and control system. The overall vehicle layout is modeled after foreign truck-mounted forklifts. This vehicle is primarily used in the firefighting field to facilitate material handling and other operations during emergency rescue missions.  
II. General Description 
To accommodate various operational conditions and optimize vehicle space, there is a need for a new, foldable forklift design. This model is compact, features high load-bearing capacity, and offers manual switching between forklift and reel modes. When not in use, it can be stored within the vehicle body. 
III. Operating Environment Capable of climbing slopes with an incline of no less than 20°; Able to ascend distances over 50 meters; Climbing speed is adjustable. 

IV. Main Structural Components 
Mechanical Structure: The vehicle adopts a wheeled articulated design, with the front and rear frames connected via articulation. The forks, rotating platform, and other work devices are mounted on the front frame. The power system, hydraulic system, counterweight, and control system are installed on the rear frame. Power System 
Power System: Powered by a diesel engine. 
Work Device: The primary work device is a set of forks. The hydraulic system for the work device uses a hydraulic cylinder to raise or lower the forks. A hydraulic interface is also reserved for operating a 2.4-meter diameter hose reel. 
Hydraulic System: Vehicle steering is achieved through a hydraulic steering cylinder that creates an angle between the front and rear frames. The system features a full-time four-wheel-drive hydraulic design, where the engine drives the hydraulic pump, and the pump powers four drive wheels—each with differential capability. 
Control System: The control system offers two operation modes: manual and remote. 
Manual Mode: Operators can directly manipulate hydraulic valve levers for vehicle operation. 
Remote Mode: All vehicle functions can be controlled via remote controller. Reel Drive System: Equipped with hydraulic and electrical control interfaces required to drive the hose reel.
